A look in The Garbstore.
A personal visit to The Garbstore, for the benefit of non frequent visitors to London, but frequenters to blogville, this northern day-tripper was allowed to take a few snaps. I first visited this store last May after failing to find it on a previous visit the year it had opened. If you didn't know what to look for it might be ever so slightly difficult to track down. Garbstore is situated on Kensington Park Road, which practically runs parallel to the famous Portobello Road. Garbstore shares premises with The Couverture, and is at basement level. Here you'll find a spacious floor with rails of jackets, shirtings and denims, cool photos on the wall and even cooler nick-nacks on the shelves all under bright spotlighting. Garbstore's current range sat along side slightly more usually unobtainable labels such Mountain Research, Engineered Garments, Bedwin, Steven Alan and Post O'Alls plus many more. Nice post, it's a great store, selling great clothes and well worth checking out if you're in London.
