I've been lucky enough to get hold of a copy of the great new compact book, The Ivy Look - the ultimate pocket guide to classic American style, a formal introduction to the world of the Ivy look, it is a pictorial celebration of the clothing and accessories that dominated the American male dress code from 1955-1965. Democratic, stylish and comfortable, the Ivy look was the height of cool worn by presidents and hipsters alike.
